'Day 5 of Xpress Bootcamp and it\'s wildcard day. Today we are doing the 7x7 20 Min Full Body Toning Home Dumbbell Workout and it\'s going to burn   This workout will show you it\'s amazing what you can get done in just 20 minutes. Work up a serious , sweat, burn some calories and work every muscle with this 7x7 intense workout   So what is the idea with the 7x7 workout? Super simple. We do 7 exercises in total for 20 secs each and we do 7 laps of them   Yes 7 laps in 20 minutes.   So what we waiting for.
